Chloe manages the appointment schedule for all Crusher Consumables showrooms, making sure that visits, part collections and technical handovers run smoothly. She fields incoming requests and organises on-site consultations by matching customer needs to available technical staff or parts stock. Her role is key to keeping the flow of jaw plates, mantles, blow bars and screen panels to customers, so that plant activity doesn’t have to stop and start unnecessarily.

Supporting crushers and screens in all conditions
Chloe deals with a range of crushing and screening plants, from mobile contract crushers in the Lowveld to fixed installations in Highveld quarries. She helps coordinate solutions for issues like incorrect closed side setting, uneven feed distribution, and urgent liner changes after tramp-metal events. The plants she supports often run through Eskom power cuts, Cape southeaster gales and Durban humidity, so she keeps track of customers’ urgent needs, whether it’s a set of toggle plates for a jaw in the Karoo or fresh polyurethane panels for a sand plant outside Gqeberha.
