Showroom Booking

Book a showroom appointment and bring photos of your worn parts.

Typical questions about booking a showroom visit

Customers often want to know how to organise a timeslot for visiting one of our showrooms in Roodepoort, Randburg, Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein or Mbombela. The main reason to book is to ensure that the relevant technical staff and demo parts are available, especially if you want to discuss jaw plates, mantles, blow bars or screen media suited to your plant. Appointments help you avoid waiting, especially during peak periods or Eskom power cuts when we may be running on limited resources.

Some visitors need to bring samples or technical drawings for custom wear parts, which can take extra time. If your bakkie is loaded with used liners for profiling, let us know so we can have the right lifting gear ready. Bookings are also advisable if you need to discuss campaign planning, stock holding or have specific concerns about liner bolt torque, closed side setting, nip angle, or screen media tensioning.

What details to send us before your visit

To help us prepare properly and answer your technical queries on the day, please include the following information in your email through our contact form.

  • Preferred showroom location and date/time options
  • Purpose of your visit (e.g. jaw liner selection, screen media, blow bars, wear profiling)
  • Plant model or OEM profile if possible
  • Any specific samples or worn parts you are bringing
  • Number of people attending and if you require lifting or handling assistance

What to expect after you book

Once we receive your appointment request, our head office team in Germiston will reply by email or phone. You will get confirmation of the time and any special prep, like safe handling arrangements for heavy or awkward parts. If you asked about technical matters like choke feeding, austenitic manganese work hardening, or polyurethane vs wire mesh screens, we will arrange for the right technical rep to meet you.

On the day, staff will be ready for your arrival at the agreed time. Please bring PPE if you plan to handle or inspect heavy wear parts. We encourage you to arrive on time, especially during rainy Highveld afternoons or Durban humidity when traffic can delay things. If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible so we can keep everything running safely and efficiently.
